Question: How do the runners who are from different university but are going to run at sprint relay together will register themselves in the system? Do they register themselves in "runners looking for team"? Even than they already have the team.
Answer: Athletes from different universities can form a relay team together and register as a team at MM/WW/WM. They use the tool for the teams in the corresponding category (they are no longer looking for a team). Both universities have to be registered and thus we recognize that they are teams of two universities. Please note that these teams will not be ranked and will not be able to collect points for the ranking of universities.

Question: Our team has an odd number of athletes (5), we are wondering if it will be possible to form ad hoc relay teams for runners who don't have a relay team because their university has an odd number of entrants. For instance, could we pair our 5th competitor who is not entered in a relay event with a runner in the same situation from another institution?
Answer: Yes, it is possible that you can combine a runner with another person from another university in a relay team. It will be possible to form a team at either MM, WW or MW and we will form the teams the day before the relay competition. However, it is important that this team has to start out of competition – only pure teams from one university count for the ranking. But at least there is an opportunity to start.

By the end of July, each team manager will be sent a link where they can enter their team for the individual races.

By when do the team leaders have to register the athletes for the individual races?
Answer:
The team leaders of the universities must enter all participants for the three competitions in the registration system for the start list. For this purpose, the team leaders will receive the link.
The deadline for registration is Monday 14 August 2023, 24:00.
